We have a winner (or two)!

By mattk on Friday, January 18th, 2008 at 4:25 pm | News.

Well folks, we have a winner. In fact, we have two. There was such an overwhelming response that I thought I’d throw in another copy signed by Scott. So here they are. You’ll get an email soon:

- Henrik (from Norway)
- Mark Segal (from I have no idea where)

Thanks for participating (and for buttering me up with all those nice comments). I wish I could have given one to everybody. If you didn’t win you can always pick one up over at Amazon (by the way, the book hit the top 30 of all books on Amazon today). Congrats to Scott for a great book and congrats to the winners. Take care.

    Matt,
Just got the Digital Photography Volume 2 and it looks fantastic. Just skimming through it is informative. I thought Volume 1 was fantastic also.

Thanks to you, Scott & Dave for all your tips and teaching with Photoshop, Lightroom, Indesign, etc. Watch Photoshop TV all the time and signed up for the Online Learning at Kelby Training as soon as it was announced. It is the absolute best resource out there.

Thanks again for making learning fun.

I went to Amazon all excited about this book, based on your feeds, thought I’d probably get it, then noticed that there was no “look inside this book” funcationality. I almost always look at a book’s TOC to determine if it covers topics that interest me. You might just pass it on that allowing people to see the TOC (within Amazon) might sell alot more books! Or, at least one more. ;-)

Just came back from B&N with THE book.

Looks great as expected, however either Scott forgot or mine doesn’t have an Introduction Section …….. Just kidding ! :) I know it wasn’t suppose to have one.

Thanks for putting the effort into this blog, it’s not easy.

    Have a great weekend.

Matt, can you check the iTunes feed for Photoshop Killer Tips? The last video I got through iTunes was 1/10/2008. To get the latest episodes, I had to download from your website.

Bought the book yesterday and finished reading it last night. Excellent source of tips and tricks for everyone from amature to those more advanced. Nothing too earth shattering or complicated - just good straightforward advice.
