Charlotte, personally I'd be tempted to do the toning as the last step, adding a texture may affect the colours otherwise. Wayne

Great presets, as always! I often use the Tiffen plugin package that offers a bleach process filter and I LOVE the effect it produces. This is similar. So thanks! I use your presets often, especially the nostalgic one and just recently the 300 one. You can check out some of them on my page at www.flickr.com/photos/gina4xoxoxo. You can see on there a few of the bleach filter pics I did to make a comparison if you'd like. But mine are REALLY dramatic! They are near the bottom of my "Pinkus" set. You'll notice them right away.... the blacks are really black.
LOVE EVERYTHING YOU DO...... I LOOK FORWARD TO MONDAYS JUST TO SEE WHAT YOU'VE COME UP WITH FOR PRESETS!! :o)

Yeah! a LR-PS-LR workflow book :-)
Okay can I ask you guys a few workflow questions?

I want to try working with adding textures to my photos in PS. Would you tone and optimize the photos in LR first and when they are done, open it in PS to add the textured layers. Or would you tone and optimize last? Can't figure out which is better for the the output. I mostly work in LR now, so haven't got the LR-PS-LR clear yet....

Thanks :-)

Looks like you took my suggestion for a Lightroom-Photoshop Workflow book and turned it into a training session. Excellent! I still think there is book potential, Matt, so don't discount the idea just yet. You might throw out a few feelers to the audience and see what the response is. Heck, I'd buy it. Best of luck at the show!

Great presets, thanks Matt.
Have great time in Photoshop World and I wish we can see some of your tips in the "Top 10 Photoshop Technqiues" session since we live faraway from that huge event.
